As of September 1st, 2022, the University of Cincinnati is rolling out a revamped version of Concur Expense and Request, named NextGen UI, which features a sleeker appearance and enhanced abilities for creating, modifying, and submitting expenses and requests.

The Central Travel Site has recently posted several guides, notably on completing a Missing Receipt Declaration (NextGen UI), reducing Per Diem reimbursement (NextGen UI), Guest Reimbursements Guide (NextGen UI), NextGen Expense UI User Guide, and NextGen UI for Concur Request. The University's Central Travel Resources department is dedicated to providing comprehensive assistance to all personnel requesting travel expenses. We offer various guides, videos, and personnel to aid in creating travel requests, booking travel, and completing expense reports efficiently.

Concur is the university’s travel and expense system that functions as a tool to streamline and simplify all university-sponsored travel and/or purchasing card usage for UC faculty members, staff members, and guests.

Concur SSO Login or Concur Guest Login can be used for the purposes of booking UC-related travel, reporting transactions on a university purchasing card, receiving reimbursement for out-of-pocket expenses, and managing approvals of the abovementioned. UC will no longer require an international business travel approval from the Vice Provost of UC International, returning to the standard approval protocol for faculty and staff. However, all student travel abroad is still subject to registration under the UC Student Travel Policy.

Terra Dotta, a long-standing partner for our Study Abroad program, offers health and safety information for travel destinations, which will empower travelers with the AlertTraveler app to receive quick notifications on any emergency events occurring at their location, stay in touch with Travel and Risk Management personnel during emergencies, and report any urgent incidents they might need assistance with.
