Guide to Creating Transactions in SkySlope

If you're representing a buyer or a tenant for a property, you need to create a Transaction in SkySlope. The initial step is to input basic information such as the acceptance date, agreed price, your buyer's name, contact information, and commission information. Once you've entered this information, you will be directed to the Checklist for that file.

Each file comes with its own Checklist consisting of documents deemed necessary by your office and is based on the Checklist Type selected for creating the Transaction such as "lease" or "traditional sale". The documents listed as Required on the Checklist need to be uploaded and submitted for review before the SkySlope Transaction file can be closed. Splitting Large PDF Files in SkySlope
At times, you may receive a large packet of documents that need to be split into smaller PDF files and added to the Checklist. For instance, you might have sent the Listing Agreement, Seller's Disclosures, and Lead Based Paint Disclosure in a single DigiSign envelope for signing. When they return, it will be as one PDF.
