Nectar Mattress

The request for returning a mattress that has been opened cannot be made any earlier than 30 days after it was delivered. The request for returning a mattress that has been opened must be made no later than 365 days after it was delivered.

Unopened mattresses can be returned and refunded after they have been delivered.

In order to make a return, the products must be in a condition that allows us to donate them, showing only normal wear and tear (in our sole judgment).

The products must have been used solely for their intended purpose. This includes using the product on an appropriate base, frame, or foundation. Any environmental damage, such as mold, caused by misusing the product in this way, will void its eligibility for return.

Mattresses that have not been opened within 90 days of delivery are considered to have been misused and are not eligible for warranty claims or returns.

In order to complete your return and refund request, you must provide all the necessary information and documentation requested by our Customer Care team within 30 days. Failure to do so will require resubmitting the refund request.

Products shipped outside of the contiguous United States cannot be returned.

All Nectar mattresses purchased before April 6, 2021 at 06:00:00 AM EST are not immediately eligible for model exchanges, updates, or alterations. Returns of Nectar mattresses purchased before this date and time due to potential manufacturing defects will be processed as usual and may be approved at the discretion of the Resident.

Nectar Pillows

You have 50 days after delivery to return your Nectar pillow(s). To be eligible for a return, your Nectar pillow(s) must be clean and undamaged (in our sole judgment).

Nectar Sheets

Nectar sheets can be returned within 50 days of delivery if the sheets are unopened and still in their original packaging. Due to the nature of Nectar sheets, any items that have been opened are not eligible for return or refund.

Nectar Mattress Protector

The Nectar mattress protector can be returned within 50 days of delivery if it is unopened and still in its original packaging. Due to the nature of the Nectar mattress protector, any items that have been opened are not eligible for return or refund.

Nectar Adjustable BaseThe Nectar adaptable base is qualified for return within 50 days of delivery. Furthermore, your adaptable base has a 3-year manufacturer's warranty.

Nectar Mattress FoundationThe Nectar bed mattress foundation is qualified for return within 50 days of delivery. Additionally, your mattress foundation has a 3-year manufacturer's warranty.

Nectar Bed Frame with HeadboardThe Nectar bed frame with headboard is qualified for return within 50 days of delivery. Additionally, your bed frame with headboard has a 3-year manufacturer's warranty.

Nectar Metal FrameThe Nectar metal frame is qualified for return within 50 days of delivery.
